Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on where the product ships from:

• Products shipping from the United States: Usually arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
• Products shipping from overseas: Usually arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. In some cases it may take up to 18 days.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please note that tracking for overseas shipments can sometimes take a few days to update.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather.
